Potrivit proiectului, beneficiar este firma Dezstore Logistic SRL, prin Constantin Florin Ursu.<\/p>\n<p>Viitorul imobil va fi construit pe o parcel\u0103 de 893 metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, urm\u00e2nd s\u0103 fie amenajate \u0219i zece locuri de parcare.
