Un termen asumat public de directorul CNAIR, Cristian Pistol, sus\u021binut de cifre concrete de pe \u0219antier.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 pe lotul 3 al A7<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Pe cei aproximativ 22 de kilometri ai lotului R\u0103c\u0103ciuni\u2013Bac\u0103u, antreprenorul rom\u00e2n UMB Spedition a mobilizat \u00een acest moment <strong>aproximativ 1.500 de muncitori \u0219i 600 de utilaje, <\/strong>o for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103 impresionant\u0103, necesar\u0103 pentru a recupera decalajele provocate de ploile toren\u021biale din ultimele dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, care au inundat mai multe sectoare ale \u0219antierului.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Stadiul fizic general al lotului se apropie de <strong>75%<\/strong>, iar detaliile tehnice confirm\u0103 c\u0103 finalizarea \u00een termen este realizabil\u0103:<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Asfaltul este deja a\u0219ezat pe <strong>peste 70%<\/strong> din lungimea lotului, la fel \u0219i parapetul metalic. Este una dintre cele mai complexe structuri de pe \u00eentreaga Autostrad\u0103 a Moldovei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Valoarea contractului pentru construc\u021bia acestui lot este de <strong>1,673 miliarde de lei f\u0103r\u0103 TVA<\/strong>, finan\u021bat prin <strong>PNRR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">La deschiderea lotului R\u0103c\u0103ciuni\u2013Bac\u0103u, cei <strong>47,10 km<\/strong> noi se vor ad\u0103uga celor <strong>250 km<\/strong> de autostrad\u0103 deja circulabili \u00eentre Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i Adjud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Traducerea practic\u0103: <strong>de la Bac\u0103u la Bucure\u0219ti, doar autostrad\u0103<\/strong>. F\u0103r\u0103 drumuri na\u021bionale, f\u0103r\u0103 travers\u0103ri de ora\u0219e, f\u0103r\u0103 convoi de tiruri, f\u0103r\u0103 semafoare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Ceea ce acum este un drum de 4\u20135 ore \u00een condi\u021bii normale devine o c\u0103l\u0103torie fluent\u0103 de sub 3 ore. Un salt calitativ pe care nordul Moldovei \u00eel a\u0219tepta de decenii.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">De ce conteaz\u0103 pentru Boto\u0219ani<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Bac\u0103ul este, \u00een 2026, poarta de autostrad\u0103 a Boto\u0219aniului, Sucevei \u0219i Ia\u0219ilor.<\/strong> Orice boto\u0219\u0103nean care merge la Bucure\u0219ti, orice camion care transport\u0103 marf\u0103 din jude\u021b spre Capital\u0103, orice investitor care vine dinspre sud spre nord-est trece prin Bac\u0103u. Iar de la Bac\u0103u \u00eenainte, spre Boto\u0219ani, exist\u0103 deja DN2, DN28 \u0219i leg\u0103turile rutiere tradi\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Cu A7 complet\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la Bac\u0103u, <strong>distan\u021ba func\u021bional\u0103 dintre Boto\u0219ani \u0219i Bucure\u0219ti se scurteaz\u0103 semnificativ<\/strong>. Nu \u00een kilometri, ci \u00een ore efectiv pierdute pe drum. \u0218i \u00een transport de marf\u0103, \u00een logistic\u0103, \u00een atractivitate pentru investitori, fiecare or\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tigat\u0103 conteaz\u0103 \u00een bani reali.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Sectorul Bac\u0103u\u2013Roman, care va continua traseul A7 spre nord, este \u0219i el \u00een diferite stadii de execu\u021bie.
