Produsul const\u0103 \u00eentr-o crem\u0103 de unt func\u021bional\u0103, disponibil\u0103 \u00een mai multe variante, realizat\u0103 pe baza unor cercet\u0103ri riguroase \u00een domeniul nutri\u021biei culinare \u0219i neurogastronomiei. Conceptul urm\u0103re\u0219te optimizarea aportului de gr\u0103simi \u0219i al\u021bi nutrien\u021bi, oferind \u00een acela\u0219i timp o experien\u021b\u0103 senzorial\u0103 complex\u0103 \u0219i echilibrat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Programul workshop-ului prevede \u00een partea I (ora 10), prezentarea \u0219i testarea psihosenzorial\u0103 a trei produse func\u021bionale \u0219i degustarea unor produse culinare inovatoare realizate cu ajutorul cremelor BUR DOR. Partea a II-a, din Amfiteatrul D39 (etaj I FIRAA) va \u00eencepe la ora ora 10:45 \u0219i \u00eei va avea speakeri pe Chef Dorina Burlacu \u2013 specialist \u00een Healthy &amp; Wellness Cuisine, prof. univ. dr. Daniel Simeanu, decanul FIRAA, \u0219ef lucr. dr. Lenu\u021ba Fotea, titular disciplina Gastronomie \u0219i drd. ing. Cosmin Andronache, doctorand specializarea Nutri\u021bie. Pe parcursul degust\u0103rii \u0219i workshop-ului, studen\u021bii vor participa la un concurs de g\u0103tit produse culinare pe baz\u0103 de BUR DOR, care se va \u00eencheia cu o premiere.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Prin organizarea acestui workshop, Facultatea de Ingineria Resurselor Animale \u0219i Alimentare \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 promoveze interdisciplinaritatea dintre \u0219tiin\u021ba alimentului, nutri\u021bie, gastronomie \u0219i cercetarea senzorial\u0103, contribuind la dezvoltarea unor noi perspective asupra alimenta\u021biei s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i experien\u021bei culinare moderne<\/em>\u201d, a transmis prof. univ. dr.
