ITM \u0219i Biroul pentru Imigr\u0103ri au instruit zeci de firme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>COMUNICAT DE PRES\u0102<br \/>\nInspectoratul Teritorial de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Biroul pentru Imigr\u0103ri al Jude\u021bului Boto\u0219ani a organizat \u00een datele de 31 martie \u0219i 02 aprilie, de la ora 11, la sediul ITM Boto\u0219ani, dou\u0103 sesiuni de informare dedicate angajatorilor care \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103 cet\u0103\u021beni str\u0103ini \u0219i str\u0103inilor care doresc s\u0103 lucreze \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<br \/>\n\u00cen cadrul acestora, s-a discutat despre prevederile legale privind \u00eencadrarea \u00een munc\u0103 \u0219i deta\u015farea str\u0103inilor pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, despre importan\u021ba ini\u021bierii negocierii contractului colectiv de munc\u0103 la nivel de unitate, despre condi\u021biile legale de munc\u0103, precum \u0219i despre ultimele modific\u0103ri legislative din domeniile Rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103 \u0219i Securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een Munc\u0103. Aceste activit\u0103\u021bi s-au desf\u0103\u0219urat \u00een cadrul planului comun de ac\u021biune dintre IGI \u0219i Inspec\u021bia Muncii.<br \/>\nObiectivele acestei \u00eent\u00e2lniri au fost:<br \/>\n&#8211; condi\u021biile legale \u00een care pot fi prestate activit\u0103\u021bile lucrative pe teritoriul na\u021bional;<br \/>\n&#8211; drepturile \u0219i obliga\u021biile ce revin angajatorilor \u00een procesul de recrutare \u0219i men\u021binere a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 str\u0103ine;<br \/>\n&#8211; drepturile de care beneficiaz\u0103 salaria\u021bii str\u0103ini \u0219i obliga\u021biile acestora pe durata contractului de munc\u0103;<br \/>\n&#8211; aspecte din domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een munc\u0103;<br \/>\n&#8211; modalit\u0103\u021bile de ob\u021binere a avizelor de munc\u0103, dreptul de \u0219edere \u00een scop de munc\u0103;<br \/>\n&#8211; prevenirea \u0219i combaterea muncii nedeclarate a str\u0103inilor prin informarea cu privire la condi\u021biile \u00een care angajatorii rom\u00e2ni pot angaja cu contract individual de munc\u0103 cet\u0103\u021beni str\u0103ini \u0219i regimul juridic aplicabil acestora pe teritoriul \u021b\u0103rii noastre;<br \/>\n&#8211; informarea persoanelor fizice care au sau au avut calitatea de salariat cu privire la condi\u021biile \u00een care pot solicita adeverin\u021be cu activitatea prestat\u0103, vechimea \u00een munc\u0103 \u0219i \u00een specialitate, informarea \u0219i con\u0219tientizarea angajatorilor \u0219i a de\u021bin\u0103torilor de arhiv\u0103, cu privire la obliga\u021bia legal\u0103 de eliberare a acestora.<\/p>\n<p>Conform prevederilor Regulamentului (UE) 2016\/679 al Parlamentului European \u015fi al Consiliului din 27 aprilie 2016 privind protec\u0163ia persoanelor fizice \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal \u015fi privind libera circula\u0163ie a acestor date \u015fi de abrogare a Directivei 95\/46\/CE (Regulamentul<br \/>\ngeneral privind protec\u021bia datelor), informa\u021biile referitoare la datele cu caracter personal cuprinse \u00een acest document sunt confiden\u021biale. Acestea sunt destinate exclusiv persoanei\/persoanelor men\u021bionate ca destinatar\/destinatari \u0219i altor persoane autorizate s\u0103-l primeasc\u0103. Dac\u0103 a\u021bi primit acest document<br \/>\n\u00een mod eronat, v\u0103 adres\u0103m rug\u0103mintea de a returna documentul primit, expeditorului<br \/>\nAu avut loc dezbateri care au vizat cele mai importante \u0219i de interes teme din sfera domeniilor de activitate ale angajatorilor prezen\u021bi. Reprezentan\u021bii celor 24 societ\u0103\u021bi participante la aceste \u00eent\u00e2lniri, au avut posibilitatea de a-\u0219i l\u0103muri neclarit\u0103\u021bile, de a-\u0219i prezenta problemele cu care se confrunt\u0103 \u00een aplicarea legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<br \/>\nDialogul constructiv dintre p\u0103r\u021bile participante a fost sus\u021binut din partea ITM Boto\u0219ani de c\u0103tre d-na Daniela Petronela Lozneanu &#8211; Inspector-\u0219ef, d-na Alina Pahone &#8211; Inspector-\u0219ef adjunct RM , d-l Dan Moldovanu-Inspector-\u0219ef adjunct SSM, d-l Leo Cristian Kohut \u2013 Inspector de munc\u0103 SSM, precum \u0219i de reprezentan\u021bii din cadrul Biroului pentru Imigr\u0103ri al Jude\u021bului Boto\u0219ani &#8211; d-l Ionu\u021b Ioana\u0219ciuc \u2013 Subcomisar de poli\u021bie \u0219i d-l Doroftei D\u0103nu\u021b, Radu- Agent principal de poli\u021bie.<br \/>\nSesiunea de \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i r\u0103spunsuri a captat aten\u021bia participan\u021bilor, care au prezentat interes \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te aplicarea ultimelor modific\u0103ri legislative \u0219i ob\u021binerea documentelor necesare de la IGI, precum \u0219i diferite spe\u021be din domeniile Rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103 \u0219i Securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een munc\u0103, \u00eentr-un cadru deschis \u0219i interactiv.<br \/>\nLegisla\u021bia care a stat la baza dezbaterilor din cele dou\u0103 sesiuni de informare este:<br \/>\n&#8211; O.G. nr.25\/2014 privind \u00eencadrarea \u00een munc\u0103 \u015fi deta\u015farea str\u0103inilor pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei \u015fi pentru modificarea \u015fi completarea unor acte normative privind regimul str\u0103inilor \u00een Rom\u00e2nia,<br \/>\n&#8211; Legea nr.53\/2003 &#8211; Codul Muncii ( republicat \u0219i actualizat), precum \u0219i ale H.G.nr.295\/2025 privind Registrul general de eviden\u0163\u0103 a salaria\u0163ilor &#8211; REGES-ONLINE,<br \/>\n&#8211; Legea nr. 319\/2006 (Legea securit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u00een munc\u0103). la principalele aspecte SSM esen\u021biale specifice pentru angaja\u021bii str\u0103ini referitoare la instruirea \u0219i bariera lingvistic\u0103, importan\u021ba fi\u0219ei de instruire \u0219i evaluarea corect\u0103 a riscurilor, asigurarea gratuit\u0103 a echipamentului individual de protec\u021bie, supravegherea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, comunicarea \u0219i cercetarea acidentelor de munc\u0103.<br \/>\nAt\u00e2t reprezentan\u021bii Inspectoratului Teritorial de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani, c\u00e2t \u0219i reprezentan\u021bii IGI Boto\u0219ani \u0219i-au ar\u0103tat disponibilitatea de a oferi sprijin angajatorilor pentru aplicarea corect\u0103 a prevederilor legale \u0219i pentru solu\u021bionarea c\u00e2t mai rapid\u0103 a solicit\u0103rilor venite din partea acestora, sus\u021bin\u00e2nd astfel un mediu de munc\u0103 legal \u0219i bine informat pentru to\u021bi.<br \/>\nPrin astfel de ini\u021biative, se urm\u0103re\u0219te consolidarea dialogului cu angajatorii, oferindu-le suportul necesar pentru a aplica corect legisla\u021bia muncii \u0219i pentru a facilita accesul cet\u0103\u021benilor str\u0103ini pe pia\u021ba muncii din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p><img
