Orele suplimentare nepl\u0103tite \u0219i lipsa protec\u021biei muncii, pe lista neagr\u0103<\/h1>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Inspectoratul Teritorial de Munc\u0103 (ITM) Boto\u0219ani a tras linie dup\u0103 activitatea din luna februarie, iar bilan\u021bul este unul \u201ecostisitor\u201d pentru angajatorii care au sfidat legisla\u021bia. \u00cen doar 28 de zile, inspectorii de munc\u0103 au aplicat amenzi totale de 53.500 de lei, viz\u00e2nd at\u00e2t nerespectarea drepturilor salariale, c\u00e2t \u0219i siguran\u021ba precar\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor la locul de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Sub conducerea inspectorului-\u0219ef al ITM Boto\u0219ani, institu\u021bia a desf\u0103\u0219urat o activitate intens\u0103, verific\u00e2nd sute de agen\u021bi economici. Concluzia? Munca suplimentar\u0103 nepl\u0103tit\u0103 \u0219i lipsa m\u0103surilor elementare de securitate r\u0103m\u00e2n principalele \u201eboli\u201d ale pie\u021bei muncii locale.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Rela\u021bii de munc\u0103: Se \u201efur\u0103\u201d din timpul de odihn\u0103 al salaria\u021bilor<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">\u00cen domeniul rela\u021biilor de munc\u0103, ITM a efectuat 77 de controale, \u00een urma c\u0103rora au fost dispuse 109 m\u0103suri de remediere. 13 angajatori au fost sanc\u021biona\u021bi, \u00eencas\u00e2nd amenzi de 22.500 de lei.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Printre cele mai grave nereguli descoperite se num\u0103r\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Munca la negru mascat\u0103: Nep\u0103strarea copiilor contractelor de munc\u0103 la punctul de lucru \u0219i lipsa eviden\u021bei clare a orelor prestate (ora de \u00eenceput \u0219i sf\u00e2r\u0219it).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">B\u0103taia de joc fa\u021b\u0103 de timpul de odihn\u0103: Neacordarea repausului s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nal de 48 de ore \u0219i neplata orelor suplimentare.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\">Lipsa de transparen\u021b\u0103: Angajatorii \u201euit\u0103\u201d s\u0103 comunice actele adi\u021bionale salaria\u021bilor sau s\u0103 elibereze adeverin\u021bele necesare la \u00eencetarea activit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">Securitatea \u00een Munc\u0103 (SSM): 52 de firme sanc\u021bionate. Pericol de electrocutare \u0219i lipsa medicinei muncii<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Dac\u0103 la capitolul salarii se mai \u201enegociaz\u0103\u201d, la capitolul securitate \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tate \u00een munc\u0103 (SSM), cifrele sunt alarmante. Din 68 de agen\u021bi economici controla\u021bi, 52 au fost sanc\u021biona\u021bi. Inspectorii au constatat 94 de neconformit\u0103\u021bi, aplic\u00e2nd amenzi de 31.000 de lei \u0219i nu mai pu\u021bin de 86 de avertismente.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Lista deficien\u021belor care pun via\u021ba boto\u0219\u0103nenilor \u00een pericol este lung\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\">Instala\u021bii electrice periculoase: Lipsa buletinelor PRAM (verificarea \u00eemp\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103rii) \u0219i echipamente f\u0103r\u0103 dispozitive de protec\u021bie.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\">Ignoran\u021b\u0103 administrativ\u0103: Angajatori care nu efectueaz\u0103 controlul medical la Medicina Muncii, lipsa truselor sanitare \u0219i neevaluarea riscurilor de accidentare.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Instruire \u201epe genunchi\u201d: Fi\u0219e de instruire nesemnate sau care nu con\u021bin informa\u021bii de baz\u0103, precum traseul domiciliu-munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">Carnete de munc\u0103 \u201euitate\u201d \u0219i certificate pe band\u0103 rulant\u0103<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 activitatea de control, ITM Boto\u0219ani a gestionat \u0219i un volum mare de documente. \u00cen februarie, au fost eliberate 304 certificate\/rapoarte cu informa\u021bii din baza de date a Inspec\u021biei Muncii. Interesant este faptul c\u0103 \u00een arhiva ITM \u00eenc\u0103 zac 14 carnete de munc\u0103 pe care titularii nu s-au obosit s\u0103 le ridice \u00een termenul legal.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Concluzia lunii: Cu 5 persoane accidentate \u00een accidente de munc\u0103 (toate cu incapacitate temporar\u0103) \u0219i o list\u0103 lung\u0103 de abateri, luna februarie demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 unii angajatori din Boto\u0219ani prefer\u0103 s\u0103 ri\u0219te amenzi ustur\u0103toare dec\u00e2t s\u0103 asigure un mediu de munc\u0103 legal \u0219i sigur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amenzi de peste 50.000 de lei aplicate de ITM \u00een luna februarie.
