Cel mai recent proiect, aflat \u00een faza de Plan Urbanistic Zonal (PUZ), vizeaz\u0103 construirea unui ansamblu de 15 locuin\u021be unifamiliale \u00een\u0219iruite pe strada Peco nr. 17, o investi\u021bie a companiei ELEGANT GLOB SRL.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Proiectul, coordonat de speciali\u0219tii de la SC ArhiDesign Center SRL (arh. Constantin Haralamb \u0219i arh. Mihai Tulbure), propune o reconversie urban\u0103, terenul \u00een suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 4.625 mp va fi transformat dintr-o zon\u0103 teoretic industrial\u0103 (neutilizat\u0103) \u00eentr-un micro-cartier reziden\u021bial coerent, dotat cu toate utilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i infrastructur\u0103 proprie.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Arhitectur\u0103 adaptat\u0103 reliefului: Locuin\u021be \u00een trepte pe strada Peco<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Una dintre particularit\u0103\u021bile acestui proiect este adaptarea inteligent\u0103 la configura\u021bia terenului. Av\u00e2nd o diferen\u021b\u0103 de nivel de peste 6 metri, arhitec\u021bii au optat pentru amplasarea construc\u021biilor \u00een trepte succesive.
