Certificatul de urbanism a fost emis la data de 4 decembrie 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"1179\">Conform documenta\u021biei urbanistice, proiectul prevede: construirea de spa\u021bii comerciale; realizarea de spa\u021bii de birouri; amenajarea unei parc\u0103ri subterane \u0219i supraterane; amplasarea unui totem publicitar; \u00eemprejmuirea propriet\u0103\u021bii; crearea de accese auto; \u00eengroparea re\u021belelor electrice, de telefonie \u0219i internet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1700\">Prin complexitatea sa, proiectul indic\u0103 o investi\u021bie de anvergur\u0103, cu poten\u021bial de a genera noi locuri de munc\u0103 \u0219i de a consolida profilul comercial al zonei.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1770\">Cafenea \u0219i spa\u021biu comercial, pe Calea Na\u021bional\u0103 nr. 175<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1965\">Al doilea proiect apar\u021bine <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">SC Samcom AS SRL<\/span><\/span>, prin administratorul <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Daniel Tipu<\/span><\/span>, \u0219i vizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea unui imobil cu func\u021biune comercial\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"2089\">Investi\u021bia este propus\u0103 pe terenul\u00a0situat pe Calea Na\u021bional\u0103 nr. 175, \u0219i const\u0103 \u00een: construirea unui imobil parter cu func\u021biunea de spa\u021biu comercial \u2013 cafenea; \u00eemprejmuire; amenaj\u0103ri exterioare; realizarea de racorduri \u0219i bran\u0219amente la utilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2444\">Proiectul are o scar\u0103 mai redus\u0103, dar se \u00eenscrie \u00een tendin\u021ba de diversificare a serviciilor de tip HoReCa pe una dintre cele mai circulate zone ale municipiului.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2507\">Semnal pozitiv pentru mediul investi\u021bional local<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2832\">Emiterea certificatelor de urbanism pentru aceste dou\u0103 proiecte confirm\u0103 interesul investitorilor priva\u021bi pentru dezvoltarea economic\u0103 a municipiului Boto\u0219ani, \u00een special \u00een zonele cu vizibilitate \u0219i acces ridicat.
