Potrivit documenta\u021biei depuse de investitori, pe un teren de peste 3.500 mp urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie construite <strong data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"375\">dou\u0103 corpuri de aparthoteluri<\/strong>, fiecare cu spa\u021bii comerciale la parter \u0219i unit\u0103\u021bi de cazare moderne la etaje.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"498\">Loca\u021bie \u0219i detalii de amplasament<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"756\">Investi\u021bia se va ridica pe un teren situat la nr. 229 \u0219i 229B, Calea Na\u021bional\u0103, cu acces secundar din strada Trei Coline, \u00een sud-estul municipiului.
